Muchas gracias por el post. Nos ha encantado la forma en la que relatas la filosofía de nuestras Bodegas. Resulta curioso el término de “rebeldía sana”, pero estamos completamente de acuerdo. Si se realiza lo mismo, nunca se conseguirá nada diferente y es lo que, en Bodegas Emilio Moro, intentamos evitar. Nuestros vinos disponen de personalidad propia cada uno de ellos, es por eso que, como bien comentas, no nos sentimos identificados con las etiquetas de crianza, reserva y demás. Como bien decía el fundador Emilio Moro, “si se sabe escuchar, el vino nos habla”.
